Ninkasi - Rennes

Craft beer, burgers and live music, all under one big roof

Born in Lyon in 1997, Ninkasi has grown into a network of around thirty venues across France, built around three things: craft beer, burgers and music. Its new address in Rennes, a short walk from Roazhon Park, is one of its biggest yet, with 450 m² inside, a 120 m² terrace and room for up to 350 people. Between happy hours, weekend brunches, blind tests, concerts and DJ sets, there is always a reason to drop by, whether there’s a match on or not.

The brief was eclectic, and that’s exactly what made it fun. Rather than sticking to one collection, we mixed collections, colours, finishes and typologies to build a space full of layers and character. WD01 chairs bring the warmth of upcycled wood, TU02 tables are topped with wood-textured HPL, and TP01 4P chairs and stools add colour and rhythm across the room. Different pieces, one shared language: together they make the venue feel lively, relaxed and unmistakably Ninkasi.

At Ninkasi, brewing goes beyond beer. Since day one, the brand has stood for mixing people, trades and styles, with a strong focus on short supply chains and emerging talent. Our furniture follows the same spirit. Made from upcycled wood and industrial leftovers and brought together in an eclectic mix, the pieces show that variety and durability can share the same table.
