At Duplex, we design and manufacture durable and singular furniture from reclaimed materials. Reused steel, industrial wood surplus, recycled panels every piece starts from what already exists.
Our Brussels workshop brings together design, fabrication, and circular production. Here, design doesn't stop at the drawing it meets material, tools, and real production constraints.
CIP - Production
You'll join the production team to take part in the fabrication and assembly of furniture made from reclaimed materials. Day to day, you'll work in the workshop, hands-on with tools and materials, within a real production workflow. The role comes with a genuine perspective of growth within the team at the end of the placement, depending on fit and needs.

A genuine interest in materials and sustainable production
Comfort with physical work and workshop rhythms
Willingness to learn and grow within an active production environment
Based in the Brussels-Capital Region (preferred)
Driving licence (B) is a plus

Internship - Production
You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of an object from raw material to finished product inside an active workshop. This position is designed for design students, recent graduates, or career changers who want to understand how objects are actually made, and who are ready to step away from the screen and work with their hands.
