Silversquare Bailli - Brussels

A coworking space where design meets everyday community life.

Tucked between Bailli and Châtelain, Silversquare Bailli is one of those workspaces that feels more like a living place than a traditional office. Spread across several floors, the building brings together entrepreneurs, teams and creatives in an environment designed to encourage encounters, informal discussions and moments away from the desk. Kitchens and shared dining areas play an important role here. They’re the small hubs where the community naturally gathers throughout the day.

For this project, we furnished the different dining areas on each floor with pieces from the WD01 collection. Chairs and high stools were installed across the various shared kitchens and lunch spaces, creating simple, welcoming spots where members can sit down for a coffee, a quick lunch or a meeting. The pieces were chosen for their robustness and their ability to blend easily into a lively coworking environment where furniture is used constantly.

The collaboration with Silversquare Bailli reflects a shared approach to spaces that are meant to be lived in. In a place built around community and daily interaction, furniture needs to be both functional and full of character. By using reclaimed materials and producing locally, we bring a layer of meaning to these everyday spaces. Turning simple moments around a table into part of a larger story about how we design and furnish the places we work in.
