The collection explores the structural and aesthetic potential of thick reclaimed birch plywood, turning surplus industrial panels into durable, circular furniture.
The PLY01 collection is built from reclaimed birch plywood panels, each 4 cm thick, sourced from industrial surplus.
We recovered a consistent stock of panels in various lengths and widths and adapted our production process around their dimensions. Legs and tabletops are milled directly from the full thickness of each panel, with no additional substructure required.
The layered birch cross-section, visible on every edge, becomes a defining feature of the collection rather than a detail to conceal.
Launching in 2026, the PLY01 collection uses reclaimed birch plywood and hpl panels to produce a range of seating and table pieces suited to both indoor and hospitality environments. By working from a single recovered material batch, the collection keeps its ecological footprint close to full circularity, with near-zero waste at every production stage.
The PLY01 collection transforms surplus industrial panels of plywood and Trespa into lasting furniture, combining structural solidity with the warm, honest character of exposed waste.
