WD02

By reusing what already exists, the WD02 collection turns reclaimed birch multiplex and Trespa panels into lasting, circular design.

The WD02 collection starts with a unique stock of reclaimed birch multiplex and revalorized Trespa panels. By working with a supplier, we recovered more than 600 m² of multiplex panels—4 cm thick, in various lengths and widths—and gave them a new role in furniture making.

This foundation allowed us to design pieces that combine the warm, authentic character of birch wood with the long-term resilience of Trespa. The approach ensures continuity in production while staying true to our circular design principles.

By blending multiplex offcuts with reintroduced Trespa panels, we created a system that is both robust and sustainable. Every component finds a second life, keeping waste close to zero and bringing the collection’s ecological footprint close to full circularity.

The result is furniture that balances durability, warmth, and modern design. WD02 demonstrates how reclaimed wood and high-performance surfaces can come together in pieces made to last, proving that circular design is not only possible but practical, adaptable, and timeless.
